Spinach, Sausage, & Egg Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
8 eggs
1 lb pork sausage
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pork sausage until browned and cooked through. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
Stir in the cooked sausage, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
