Leading Change: NWI Community Food Plan & the Indiana Food Vision
Over the last 18 months, the NWI Food Council, along with many community partners, has been gathering input as we pull together a seven county NWI Community Food Plan for our region and support the statewide Indiana Food Vision. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategy and investment around our regional food system and unify efforts across the state.
You can read the 7 county NWI Food System Assessment below as we continue to develop our NWI Community Food ACTION Plan with input from community partners. We hope to share this first of its kind 10 year action plan for NW Indiana early this fall!
